Courageous Conversations: ‘Trauma and the Impact on Black Youth in the Classroom and Beyond’

Please join the Coalition for Dismantling Racism for a Courageous Conversations panel discussion on “Trauma and the Impact on Black Youth in the Classroom and Beyond.” The discussion will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at the Kenosha Civil War Museum, 5400 1st Ave.

Panelists will cover some of the long-term effects trauma can have on education and the quality of life for black youth in the future. Professor Michele Hancock and Carthage alumna Dominique Pritchett ’07 will be guest panelists.

This event is free and open to the public!
