Dear Carthaginians,

My name is Enrique Sanchez de Lozar. I am from Spain and am currently teaching Spanish 1010 at Carthage. I am working on a thesis project for my master’s degree, which explores the strategies utilized by Carthage students who have a depression disorder and who experience depressive symptoms to a moderate or severe degree, their perceptions towards the effectiveness of those strategies, and their suggestions on how Carthage can better support its students.

I am looking for participants for my research. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to explore some research-based strategies to cope with depression. You will also have the opportunity to voice your experiences with depression at Carthage and offer suggestions for improvement. The survey will not carry any risk since the identification information of the participant will not be collected.

Your participation in this survey is highly appreciated! Let’s work together to make our college community more supportive and inclusive!
