Carthage partnered with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel to bring together experts to explore the links between trauma, resiliency, and an individual’s or a community’s economic viability. Researchers across an array of fields discussed the revolutionary potential of looking at trauma through the lenses of poverty, politics, biology, economics, psychology, and many other aspects of individual development and societal structures.
