Join us in making shoes for children in Uganda on Saturday, May 10, in Jockey B from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Everyone is invited! No cost, just bring yourself and your friends!

We will be making shoes for Sole Hope. Sole Hope is an organization that sends closed-toed shoes to children in Uganda to help combat jiggers. Jiggers are a parasite that get under the skin of children’s feet and can cause severe damage, including irreversible paralysis. The shoes that we will be making from jeans can help prevent a child from getting jiggers. Come join us to help change a child’s life and have a ton of fun!
