With the COVID-19 outbreak and evolving developments, DBS — Carthage’s Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account vendor — is working proactively to limit anything that may cause delayed reimbursements. With current limitations to on-site staff due to social distancing as well as anticipated additional restrictions, we encourage all staff and faculty who participate in this benefit to switch to direct deposit reimbursements. Direct deposit allows for the electronic movement of funds that can be completed from a remote location in the event DBS is unable to have staff on site. Check reimbursements require on-site staff for printing and mailing. 

Please complete the direct deposit form, and fax it directly to DBS. You may also complete the form and email/send it to Human Resources. We will be happy to forward the completed form to the vendor.
