Human Resources has received numerous questions regarding COVID-19 and its impact on the Dependent Care FSA. If you have experienced a qualified status change due to your work situation changes, you can enroll, reduce, or cease your election. Common examples include: 

  • Employee didn’t participate in the dependence care plan and now needs to seek dependent care
  • Employee is working from home and, as a result, does not need childcare
  • Employee experienced a change in child care provider due to illness, closing of the center, etc.   

If you would like to enroll, reduce, or cease your election, please complete the change in benefits form and email it to the HR (humanresources@carthage.edu) or send via inner-office mail. Please allow five business days for processing.
