If you have a library or technology question or need, please email that question to help@carthage.edu, so it can be addressed by one of our Library and Information Services staff members.  

After sending in your request, you can check on it at any time by logging in to https://help.carthage.edu. Once logged in on the site, you can view any of your open tickets. You can click on tickets to see the progress and add information, submit a follow-up, ask a related question, and more. You can also create a new ticket directly on the website.

If your password isn’t working, it’s almost certainly expired. Visit https://password.carthage.edu to reset your password.
