Prof. Jackie Easley discusses her book with local podcast
Professor Jacqueline Easley was interviewed for the “Read by Example” podcast series. The focus of the podcast was Prof. Easley’s recently published book, “Literacy Moments: Creating Daily Teachable Moments with Beginning Readers” (2019, published by Rowman & Littlefield). Prof. Easley described for teachers and parents various creative and authentic methods for integrating literacy across the school day, including ways to incorporate literacy moments at home for students who will continue to learn through virtual class sessions.
