White Coat Ceremony for Nursing Class of 2022 Saturday
Carthage’s Nursing Class of 2022 will be recognized at the fourth annual White Coat Ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, in A. F. Siebert Chapel.
The White Coat Ceremony is a milestone that represents the end of all pre-nursing classes for students in the program and signifies their transition to the more professional and intense coursework for the remaining two years at Carthage before becoming a professional nurse.
While students traditionally walk across the stage to receive their coats from faculty in the presence of friends and family, the ceremony will be a little different this year amidst the pandemic. Students will still be able to walk across the stage to receive their coats from faculty members, but guests will not be permitted to attend. However, a virtual streaming service will be available to livestream the event!
Help us celebrate Carthage’s Nursing Class of 2022 by virtually attending the ceremony.
