Carthage Fine Arts is excited to kick off the fall 2020 season! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve changed how audiences can experience the arts at Carthage this fall.

Carthage students, faculty, and staff will be able to join events in person, though tickets will be required for all events and must be obtained in advance. Please see the new ticket procedures below.

External patrons are welcome to join us from home through our livestream for selected events. External guests will not be able to attend events in person this fall. For more information, please visit our Experience the Arts website.

Please note: All events are subject to change without notice. To stay up-to-date, please contact the Fine Arts Box Office at 262-551-6661 from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and stay connected by joining us on social media at www.facebook.com/carthagefinearts and www.instagram.com/carthagefinearts, signing up to receive our monthly E-Newsletter, or visiting us online at www.carthage.edu/fine-arts.

New ticket procedures for Carthage students, faculty, and staff:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Carthage Fine Arts events are currently closed to external guests, but many will be available for live-stream viewing. We have also changed how Carthage students, faculty, and staff obtain tickets. All fall events remain free, but tickets are now required in advance.

  • For the fall 2020 semester, it is encouraged to obtain your tickets online 24/7 at the private link that is provided in the calendar event posting and in Bridge emails. Online ticket fees have been waived for Fall 2020.
  • Tickets are also available at the Fine Arts Box Office from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, in the Straz Center. Please have your Carthage ID ready.
  • At events, there will be no walk-up ticket option, will call, or cash sales. Please use the online link to get tickets.
  • Masks are required to enter all campus buildings. If you arrive without a mask, there will be masks available for purchase at a cost of $5 (credit cards only) before you enter the building.
  • All venues will be limited to 50 people, and all seating will be reserved to ensure social distancing. Once an event is sold out, there will be not entrance to the event.
  • Chapel seating is reserved and located in the balcony.
  • All Carthage community members will receive their seating assignment prior to their arrival.
  • Patrons with special needs should notify the Box Office when getting tickets so the proper arrangements can be made.
  • There is no intermission or late seating for fall events. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to your seat. We will ask everyone to go to their seats immediately when they arrive.
