Professor Fatih Harpci Religion Department Chair and Associate Professor Fatih Harpci is featured in a next text on interfaith interactions in Wisconsin. Marquette University Press published “Interfaith Engagement in Milwaukee” as a brief history of Christian-Muslim relations in the area. It highlights the significance of interfaith dialogue and also documents the social and communal benefits derived from interfaith interactions and partnerships.

The text identifies Prof. Harpci as a leader in interfaith programs in Milwaukee. “A key member of TASWI (Turkish-American Society of Wisconsin) and a professor of religion at Carthage College, Prof. Fatih Harpci has led the dialogue and discussion from the Muslim side for several years. Harpci is a noted scholar and committed practitioner of interfaith dialogue, academically as well as in praxis; so, he is perfectly poised to be a leader in such a dialogue.”

Congratulations, Prof. Harpci!
