“Ok, I filled out the form to register for The Aspire Conference. What comes next?

Thank you for registering for The Aspire Conference: Navigating a Changing World! We are excited to offer the conference virtually through a dynamic conference platform called “Cadence.”

Within approximately a day of your initial registration, you should have received or will receive an email from Cadence with the subject line, “Carthage College’s Aspire Conference — IMPORTANT Next Steps and Welcome to Cadence.” A screenshot of the message is below. Use that email to access the conference platform.

If you have registered, but have not seen the welcome email, please check your Spam folder, in the event that it inadvertently got sent there.

Once you register for the conference, you will receive a welcome email that looks like this.

To select which sessions you’d like to attend, earn points towards prizes, and build your conference experience, you’ll need to create your Cadence password.

It takes less than two minutes to log into Cadence . From there, you can start exploring!

Once you’ve created your Cadence password and are in The Aspire Conference virtual platform, we encourage you to explore and register for sessions, read about our speakers, post to the live feed to earn points, and so much more!

There’s also a great app for the conference called “Cadence” available for Apple and Android products. You can use your same username and password for the app.
