Attend group fitness TRX classes Tuesdays
Join instructor Olivia Masso ’21 on Tuesday afternoons for TRX training and become one step closer to achieving your New Year’s fitness goals! Even if you never heard of TRX or are looking to build muscle in a different way, our class will give you a total body workout just within an hour long class. Classes will start at 1 p.m. Tuesdays through April 13, in the TARC Field House. Spots are limited, so visit The Harbor and reserve your spot.
No equipment is needed, but we ask that you wear a mask and come with an open mind and a great attitude!
