Join a group fitness WERQ class Thursdays
Join instructor Lauren Swanson on Thursday nights for WERQ and become one step closer to achieving your New Year’s fitness goals! Our WERQouts are designed to give you the best sweat with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps. We provide a supportive space where you can come to feel challenged and inspired, meet new friends, and sweat it all out on the dance floor. Classes are available through Thursday, April 15, in the TARC Dance Room. Spots are limited, so visit The Harbor and reserve your spot.
No equipment is needed, but we ask that you wear a mask and come with an open mind and a great attitude!
