If you have trouble setting up or getting your two-factor authentication codes for OneLogin and you are using SMS as your method, please consider using the OneLogin Protect app instead. Carthage support staff have gotten quite a few requests for help from people using SMS text and nearly no requests from people using OneLogin Protect.

OneLogin Protect is the preferred two-factor method. It’s easy to set up, very reliable, and doesn’t require the system to know your phone number.

Please give OneLogin Protect a try if you have a smartphone. You will find it makes logging in simpler and more secure than using SMS text or any of the other methods.

Any questions about OneLogin or any other technology or library topics can be emailed to help@carthage.edu.
