Lessons learned from a Virtual Career Fair
The traditional in-person career fair experience of employer booths, firm handshakes, and trading of business cards transitioned to small group and one-on-one video chats over the past year. Both students and employers now have access to view each other’s profiles before the fair, and student registrants are able to choose their own adventure by signing up with employers for one-on-one or group sessions in advance.
Students Sophie Hyde ’21 and Ronny Onano ’21 recently navigated their first virtual career fair and learned valuable insight along the way. Watch the video below to hear about their experience.
With these helpful tips, you can feel confident in registering for the Virtual Career and Internship Fair on Wednesday, April 7. View details, get registered, and sign up with employers.
