The Wiggan-Kenniebrew Black Alumni Network honors the first African-American woman and man to graduate from Carthage. This group of alumni is dedicated to providing support for current students of color, especially those of African-American descent and those who support the African-American community.

With leadership from co-chairs Hoyt H. Harper II ’77, Alan Mills ’79, and Cynthia Walker ’78, the network has been raising funds to provide funding for internships, study abroad, research, conferences, and other experiential learning opportunities not covered through tuition.
