Peyton Quillin ?23 Peyton Quillin ’23 won a competitive scholarship from the Racine Area Retired Educators Association. She is one of five area winners for the 2021 scholarship and the only student from Carthage to receive the honor.

Peyton is currently majoring in exercise and sports science and minoring in secondary education. Her ultimate goal is to become an adaptive physical education teacher. She has experience as a student aide in a disabilities classroom, volunteer for Special Olympics, and role model in the Pals and Partners program, which pairs Carthage students with community children who are identified as “at risk.”
