Carthage students, faculty, and staff have access to a variety of apps and web portals that allow them to get connected to different services and resources. Scroll down to learn about available apps and platforms.


A student working on her laptop.OneLogin is Carthage’s single sign-on platform that provides students, faculty, and staff easy access to the Carthage applications they have permissions to use. Single sign-on enables users to move from application to application without having to authenticate for each; just click the applications icon in the OneLogin dashboard to access it. More apps will continue to become available via OneLogin in the future. Below are some of the apps available now.

Ad Astra

Ad Astra is a software used to schedule campus events and classes, as well as reserve campus rooms and vehicles. Access through OneLogin

Adirondack Housing Self Service

Adirondack Housing Self Service allows new and returning students to submit their housing applications, electronically sign their housing agreement, and answer personal/living preference questions.

Course Evaluations measures the quality of teaching and learning by asking students to report on instructors’ teaching practices and responsiveness, the learning environment, and students’ understanding of what they learned.

Grammarly is a software program designed to support student proofreading and grammar learning in the context of their own writing. Grammarly can also check for plagiarism and offer word choice suggestions.

2021 Involvement FairThe Harbor

The Harbor is a Student Involvement (student organizations, Office of Residential Life, Campus Recreation, etc.) program in which students are able to submit event requests that post to a calendar. Students can also track meeting attendance, create budgets, track dues, upload files, etc. All students are able to utilize The Harbor to learn how to get involved on campus. Access through OneLogin

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an online learning company that helps users learn business, software, technology, and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals, taught by industry experts. Access through OneLogin


MyCarthage is the official online portal at Carthage in which students go to access their course schedules, register for classes, and review their finances. Access through OneLogin

Navigate graphicNavigate

Navigate is a student success management system for students, faculty, and staff. Students can schedule appointments with their student success advisor, career specialist, Office of Student Financial Services, and the Office of the Registrar. Navigate allows student success staff to track and evaluate intervention strategies and success metrics of the student population. Access through OneLogin

Request Tracker

Request Tracker is used to submit and manage help requests to Carthage Library and Information Services. By logging in, you are able to see any progress that has been made on your request or send LIS a prompt to update or escalate your request. Access through OneLogin


Schoology offers students and faculty a variety of features to increase communication and efficiency. Users have the ability to turn in assignments, check grades, participate in discussions, and contact professors. By downloading the app, students have access to organized coursework and grades from anywhere, anytime. Access through OneLogin

MAP logoSuitable — My Aspire Plan (MAP)

Suitable powers the My Aspire Plan (MAP), allowing students to track, demonstrate, and reflect on their career development. The student’s MAP is like a Fitbit for their Aspire plan, in which they can gain achievements, level up through competencies, and gain points towards incentives with some friendly competition through leaderboards. The Wall Street Journal

The Wall Street Journal is an international newspaper based in New York City. Students, faculty, and staff have online access to breaking news in the US and worldwide through this subscription. Access through OneLogin


Workday, an innovative, cloud-based solution, combines administrative applications into a unified system, delivered through a flexible, user-friendly interface. This system manages all of the finance and administrative processes, and will soon manage the entire life cycle of student information. Access through OneLogin


Zoom is a videoconferencing web resource allowing screen-sharing and meeting recordings. All current students and Carthage employees have full-access accounts through the College. Access through OneLogin

Carthage DiningBITE for Universities

BITE for Universities is a great resource for customers to view what is on the menu each day in The Caf. Users can view nutritional information and learn more about a specific dish just by tapping on it. Tap the settings icon to personalize your menu based on a specific diet, allergen sensitivity, or healthier options. Access BITE

GET Funds

GET Funds allows current Carthage students, staff, and faculty to add funds to their Carthage Cash account with a debit or credit card, or with cash or check in the Office of Student Financial Services. Access GET Funds


Grubhub enables campus community members to place to-go orders for all campus dining locations excluding The Caf. Simply download the app, tap the settings icon, choose “Campus Dining,” search for Carthage College, and place your order. Access Grubhub

Health and wellness


NAVICA, designed by Abbott, is a platform allowing users to view and track their COVID-19 test results digitally. All students, faculty, and staff who chose to be exempt from taking the COVID-19 vaccine are required to download this app for their weekly testing. Access NAVICA


UWill is a leading online mental health platform for colleges and universities that provides Carthage students access to teletherapy services. Uwill offers students a secure and convenient way to receive assistance from a licensed counselor in a variety of formats — video, chat, messaging, or phone.

SchoolDude is used for all work order requests at Carthage. It is designed to be fast and user-friendly, and allows users to see the status of their work request at any time. Please utilize this request system for all needs associated with the Carthage physical plant functions including room repairs, key and lock issues, cleaning services, and moving/office relocations.
