William Dowell ?22 Student Recital William Dowell ’22 will perform his student recital “Bach to the Grindstone” at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, in the H. F. Johnson Recital Hall. This recital will also feature guest pianist Ryan Boren ’22.

William will open the recital with “Suite No. 4 in E-flat Major BWV 1010” by Johann Sebastian Bach. This solo suite combines an opening prelude with multiple dance movements. Following the E-flat major suite is the complete “Cello Concerto in E Minor Op. 85” by British composer Edward Elgar.
