From 7 a.m. to noon Sunday, Jan. 23, Library and Information Services will conduct testing within our Google Workspace environment to prepare it for migration to our single sign-on platform (OneLogin) in February.

During this time, authentication is expected to be impacted. At times, you will be redirected to the OneLogin page to authenticate, other times you will not, or it may not authenticate you at that time. Feel free to authenticate through OneLogin as you normally would if you are presented with that option during this period as it is an expected behavior during our work.

If you are experiencing any issues logging in after noon, please submit a request to our help desk by contacting them at 262-551-5900 or using an alternate email account to send your issue into help@carthage.edu.
