WAICU student internship applications due Friday
The Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (WAICU) is accepting applications for internship programs!
For both WAICU internship programs listed below, students receive a $2,000 stipend and a $3,000 scholarship for a 10-week (400 hours) internship. Accepted students must fill out an Internship Agreement Form and W-9 Form to confirm their internship.
WAICU Advancement Diversity Internship Program
- Just opened for student applications — information is on the WAICU website, and positions are posted on Handshake
- Seven opportunities for summer 2022
- Deadline to apply is Friday, April 15
- Candidates must be an undergraduate student at a WAICU institution who will still be enrolled for the fall 2022 semester
- Candidates must be part of an underrepresented cultural/ethnic group or a student of color
- Housing will be provided at no cost, if needed
- Students do not need to attend the hosting institution to be considered
WAICU Nonprofit Internship Program
- Information is on the WAICU website, and positions are posted on Handshake
- 24 opportunities still open for summer 2022
- Many internships have not received any applications yet
- Deadline to apply is Friday, April 15
- Candidates must be an undergraduate student at a WAICU institution who will still be enrolled for the fall 2022 semester
- Cumulative 3.0 minimum GPA requirement
