Sign up your kids for Hedberg Library’s summer reading program

Hedberg Library is excited to announce its first summer reading program designed to keep kids actively engaged in stories throughout the summer. The theme this summer is “Sweet Summer Reads.”

The program runs for eight weeks, from June 6 through July 29. Kids can earn prizes by completing their reading charts and are welcome to join us for four events in the library throughout the summer.

To register your child, either stop by the library to pick up the registration form or visit our website to download it. Once registered, each child will receive a Carthage Firebird library card and reading chart packet. We encourage children to borrow books from the Center for Children’s Literature in Hedberg Library or visit a local library.
