Earlier this summer, students and families should have received a welcome packet that contained important information on how to access and pay tuition and fees in the NelNet system via the MyCarthage portal.

NelNet is the college’s one-stop shop to view financial aid packages, obtain real-time balances, set up payment plans, and make payments.

Parents and others wishing to make payments on behalf of their student can do so directly in the NelNet system. For others to gain access, the student would need to log into the NelNet system and click on “add authorized user” on the lower right-hand side of the screen. This will give users access to financial aid and current charges, the ability to set up payment plans, and also to make payments toward a balance.
