Kate Keenan, director of foundation and corporate relations, publishes new book

Kate Keenan, former Intellectual Foundations faculty member and now director of foundation and corporate relations, recently published her book, “Belfast Imaginary: Art and Urban Reinvention.”

The book looks at community arts production and policy in Belfast between the Northern Irish Peace Agreement and Brexit, examining the visions of place invented by artists and policy makers for the future of their city. The book combines ten years of research in Belfast, focusing on art in the public sphere: murals, festivals, and parades.
