Walk and Talk

Join us for a stroll around campus! We’ll enjoy the brisk fall weather as we share what’s working in our classes or seek advice from one another. We will meet at the entrance of Hedberg Library, weather permitting.
Cookies and Conversation

Equity in Communities

The Teaching Commons is collaborating with our Engagement and Inclusion Center colleagues (professors Julius Crump and Michele Hancock) to provide a workshop series focused on advancing equity in our communities. More details about location and presenters will be available soon.
Department Chair and Program Directors Leadership Series
4-5 p.m. Tuesdays (Oct. 11, Nov. 8, Dec. 13), Zoom
This series is designed specifically for department chairs and program directors. We will focus on the topic of Mentoring Early Career Faculty during our first meeting (Oct. 11). Subsequent topics to be determined by the group.
