Kevin Slezak is this week’s #WSGCStudentSpotlight! He is a 2016 Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium Undergraduate Research Fellowship awardee.
Kevin’s passions lie within green energy production. During the summer semester, he conducted research on the use of Titanium Dioxide in photovoltaic cells. He aimed to discover how the TiO2 would respond to prolonged exposure to gamma radiation. He presented his results this past August at the 26th annual Wisconsin Space Conference! This week’s Student Spotlight hopes his research will serve beneficial to the scientic community. Post graduation, Kevin aspires to develop and integrate new green energy technologies.
Congratulations Kevin and best of luck to you during your senior year!
