175 Years of Carthage logo Giving Tuesday, taking place this year on Nov. 29, is known as a “global generosity movement” that follows Thanksgiving, and we’re excited to participate once again!

Now through Tuesday, Nov. 29, we are challenging the Carthage community to raise $17,500 in honor of Carthage’s 175th birthday.

This year, we’re prioritizing our efforts towards supporting student scholarships:

  • Student Scholarships provide tuition support for incoming and current students.
  • Wiggan-Kenniebrew Scholarships provide tuition support for multicultural students.
  • Class of 2023 Endowed Scholarship Fund provides tuition support for future Firebirds in honor of the Class of 2023.
  • Bridge Fund provides emergency scholarship assistance to students whose financial circumstances change throughout the year.
  • Retention Scholarships are offered to current students and support timely graduation.

If you’d like to give to an alternative fund, you’re more than welcome to do so! Make your gift online or by calling Heather Zima, associate director of annual giving and donor relations, at 262-551-5474.
