Movement Room

The Movement Room is a place to burn off that nervous energy. Stop in to stretch out on a yoga mat, rebalance on a balance ball, or jump on the exercise trampoline.

Coffee Bar

Enjoy a cup of coffee while you study.

Study Snack Cart

Students studying in the library will be offered a variety of healthy snacks that are wheeled throughout the library on a book cart. Don’t see the cart when you’re there, but need a snack? Just stop by the Information Desk and ask.

Hot Cocoa Bar and Make Your Own Destress Bag
11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Lobby
Stop by and grab a steaming cup of hot cocoa and add some of the many toppings available. Then you can make a destress bag to use throughout the week. 

Thursday, Dec. 8

Fill balloons with water beads to make your own stress ball.

Plant Therapy with Buena Vibra Plant Shop
11 a.m.-2 p.m., Engagement and Inclusion Center (Todd Wehr Center)
Drop by and get your hands dirty. The Buena Vibra Plant Shop will bring plants and activities for students.

Comfort Dogs
11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Lobby
Come calm yourself with a little pet therapy. The chapel will host adorable pups, so stop by and pet your worries away.

Holly Jolly Study Halls
4-6:30 p.m., Hedberg Library (upper level)
Drop-in tutoring is available for several classes; no appointment needed. Snacks and coffee will be offered to students.

Relaxation Station
4:30-7:30 p.m., Campbell Student Union
The complete Relaxation Station includes an oxygen bar, four massage chairs, four spinal exercisers, and two foot massagers.

Study Zone
5:30-8 p.m., Engagement and Inclusion Center (Todd Wehr Center)
Study for finals in a dedicated study space hosted by the Office of Equity and Inclusion.

Friday, Dec. 9

Students play cards at Chapel Night Live during Carthage Orientation and Kick-Off Days.
