All students, faculty, and staff are invited to an opening reception for January studio art senior thesis exhibitions. Join the artists from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, in the Visual and Performing Arts Lab (VPAL).

Food and beverages will be served.

Featured students

  • Katie Libricz ’23 — “Colorful and Calloused”
    Acrylic painting on vinyl and ceramic sculptures
  • Tatiana Ebbinger ’23 — “Materialistic”
    Mixed media artworks made from found, reclaimed, and recycled materials
  • Victoria Olvera ’23 — “Intertwined Roots”
    Combines mixed media with ceramic sculptures, along with acrylic paintings

The exhibitions are on display now through Saturday, Jan. 28.

VPAL may be accessed through the H. F. Johnson Gallery of Art. The gallery is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Extended hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursdays and from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays. All art exhibits are free and open to the public.
