Students making Chinese dumplings. Students making Chinese dumplings. The Chinese New Year Celebration, organized by the Office of Equity and Inclusion in cooperation with the Chinese Program, was a big success!

More than 50 students, faculty, and community members came together to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit on Jan. 26.

The event featured a variety of activities, including paper cutting, lantern making, and Chinese dumpling cooking and eating. The dumplings were made using a homemade recipe and were cooked by Chinese chefs.
