Do you oversee an office, department, or program at Carthage that has an online presence on the Carthage.edu website? Do you have a faculty or staff profile on the Carthage.edu website?

New this year, all website updates for summer 2023 must be requested by April 30.

The Office of Marketing and Communications is making this change so we can ensure our website is accurate for our newest prospective students and families. Please follow the easy steps below to get your update request in during our request window.

Questions? Email Sam Ornig at sornig@carthage.edu.

Faculty and Staff:

Please review your profiles and submit any updates through our profile forms:

If you oversee a special program, (music ensemble, research programs, extracurricular, etc.) and your program has an online presence, please review your website and submit your web updates to our request system (select Website Update Request).

Please note: web updates have a minimum 2-week turnaround. Our team will be in touch with any updates to your request and will reach out when the changes have been made.

Academic Chairs:

Sam Ornig, associate director for digital communications, is sending you an email this week outlining the pages to review on your site. All web updates should be submitted by April 30, so we can make sure your site is updated in time for summer recruitment. Please check your email for more details, and reach out to Sam if you have any questions or if you’d like to schedule a meeting.

Staff Offices:

Staff office leaders, please review your website and submit your web updates to our request system (select Website Update Request).
