Important fall 2023 registration information
All returning undergraduate students are now eligible to register for fall 2023 classes in Workday!
Registering from a Saved Schedule
If you created a saved schedule, you still need to go back into Workday and register for classes on your assigned day. Check out a video and quick guide on how to register for classes from a saved schedule.
Registering from Course Sections
You do not need to create a saved schedule to register for courses. You can register for eligible courses directly from the course section in Workday. Check out a video and quick guide on how to register from a course section.
Dropping and Swapping Courses
If you need to update your fall 2023 course schedule, you can drop or swap courses in Workday. Check out a video and quick guide on how to drop or swap a course.
Being on a Waitlist
If you see “waitlist” on the course section, this means you are not in the class. You should register for an alternative class to ensure you have a full schedule and are on track for graduation. You can also leave yourself on the waitlist to see if a spot opens up in your preferred class. If you get offered a spot from the waitlist, you will have 24 hours to accept it and can remove the alternative class at that time. However, if you need the waitlisted course in this semester to graduate, contact the instructor directly. Check out a video and quick guide on how to accept a seat in a waitlisted course.
Registration Support
The Office of the Registrar staff is available to assist students with registration. Students can stop by the office on the fourth floor of Lentz Hall for in-person help or call 262-551-6100. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fridays.
We encourage you to visit the Workday for Returning Students website for up-to-date information and additional resources.
