Dana Kroll, executive assistant to the president, recently graduated from Leadership Kenosha, a community-based program that enables participants to build their network and develop leadership skills.

Over a series of monthly meetings, Dana explored the Kenosha area, connecting with local leaders and organizations. Her group visited the Shalom Center, community health center, county board chamber, and correctional center, in addition to participating in sessions like conflict resolution, developing your strengths, and diversity and inclusion.

“It was deeply meaningful to learn about the community from points of view that are different from my own, and I am grateful to have had the experience,” says Dana.
