View your academic history in Workday
Students,
We’ve reached an important milestone in our Workday journey. You will now use Workday for many of your academic and financial tasks (those actions you used to do in the MyCarthage portal). You can log into Workday through OneLogin.
Undergraduate students
Your Academics app in Workday now includes your academic history (the courses you have completed at Carthage and any other higher education institution).
Please review your academic history by Friday, Sept. 22 to ensure that it includes all of the courses you have completed. If you were a MyCarthage user last spring, your unofficial transcript will also be available in MyCarthage for you to use as reference through Friday, Sept. 22, after which MyCarthage will be turned off and Workday will be the official record.
To review your academic history in Workday, go to: Academics > View My Academic Record.

While we do not anticipate errors, we do want to be very thorough in our review. If data is missing from or inaccurate in your academic history, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@carthage.edu so that we can research and correct your record if necessary. Alternatively, you can stop in the Registrar’s office on the fourth floor of Lentz Hall if you need assistance. If you’ve earned transfer credit for coursework that you have taken over the summer, those are also being added to your record in Workday this week.
Graduate and non-degree students
We will send a new message when your record is ready for review.
Other new functionality will be available soon in Workday, such as the academic progress report, which will replace the degree audit.
We hope you have a great semester!
