Going grocery shopping this weekend? Grab something for Luther’s Lunchbox
Luther’s Lunchbox is a program meant to fill the food insecurity gap with Carthage students by providing nonperishable grab-and-go food items — from snacks to meals.
The Lunchbox is self-sustaining, supported by staff, faculty, alumni, parents, local churches, and others. Every donated item or dollar makes a difference to our residential and commuter students.
Shelf items include single-serve cereals, oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, trail mix, mac and cheese, soups, ramen, rices, snack items, etc. We also provide gluten-free items and things like laundry pods and hygiene items.
Donate items
Items can be dropped off at the Center for Faith and Spirituality or at the front of A. F. Siebert Chapel. Items can also be ordered and shipped through Amazon using our wish list.
The Lunchbox is just one more way to make a difference in the lives of our students.
