NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, is seeking applications for a Head Women’s Bowling Coach. This position reports to the Athletic Director and is an incredible opportunity for a passionate, competitive and collaborative leader who enjoys a flexible yet high-performing workplace culture.

  • Part-time position requires two years previous successful coaching and or participation experience at the college or high school level.
  • Knowledge of USBC and bowling techniques.
  • Assume all aspects of coaching, recruiting, scheduling, travel and budget management.
  • Evening and weekend hours are essential and must be cleared to drive college vehicles.
  • Work closely with the Athletic Director and Vice President for Enrollment to set annual recruiting goals.
  • Maintain and promote the academic pursuits of Carthage student-athletes.
  • Comply with and reinforce the athletic department’s rules and mission; acts professionally and communicates appropriately with the college’s students, coaches, administration, staff, alumni and spectators; as well as willingness to develop professionally.
