Lance Thomson is the Assistant Director of Involvement at Carthage College. He is new to Carthage, starting in his position in August 2016. He comes to Carthage from being the Director of Student Activities at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, Minnesota. Lance has an extensive professional background student programming, events, student government, and clubs.

Main responsibilities at Carthage
Lance is the staff advisor for the Carthage Activities Board and the coordinator of the more than 120 clubs and organizations on campus.

“I’m all about gawking at Lake Michigan for longer than should be appropriate.”
Lance loves listening to hipster music in his office, attending baseball games with his family, and watching Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood with his son.
