Carrie leads the daily operations and strategic planning for the Center for Student Success, including staff supervision, program assessment, and communications. Carrie also co-manages the campus’s Student Outreach System and serves as the Center’s main contact for local and regional college access and success initiatives.
Prior to her work in the Center for Student Success, Carrie held previous roles at Carthage in the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Continuing Studies. She also brings experience in college access and success programming for underrepresented and underserved students through not-for-profit organizations College Possible Milwaukee, the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, and Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast. She is an AmeriCorps alumnus and trained in design thinking strategies by IDEO. Carrie joined the Carthage staff in 2014.
