
Ajay Joseph
Biography
Ajay Joseph was born and raised in Chicago, Ill. At an early age, Ajay learned to love stories and became a big bookworm. In high school, Ajay ran cross country and track and went on to compete collegiately at Concordia University Chicago, where he earned his bachelor’s in communication and master’s in higher education leadership.
Ajay has a strong passion for working with students and believes in a personalized approach to each student. He always strives to “put students first” and loves to see students succeed.

Main responsibilities at Carthage
Hall Directors in the Office of Residential Life are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their hall, including supervising the student staff, serving as a resource for students, and holding students accountable. Hall Directors also serve as part of the College’s on-call team and respond to crises and policy violations across campus.

“I love the people at Carthage! The community here makes you feel like you’re part of a family.”
Other interests?
“I like to write books and have more on the way! I enjoy going to concerts and musicals as well. I am a MASSIVE fan of Marvel, and I believe everyone should watch all the movies repeatedly!”
