Biography

Victor is a first-generation college graduate, and during his undergrad time at Parkside, he was a heavily involved student who served on many different multicultural executive boards on campus. He obtained an internship with Kroger Logistics/Supply Chain in the summer of 2022, where he learned all the main functions of human resources and was assigned as the community outreach specialist for the summer. He excelled in his HR position while creating stakeholder relationships with the local Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie communities. Moreover, with all of his networking skills, he is excited to assist underrepresented students in building their network and assist with their professional development at Carthage.
