OluwaBukunmi Adeloye

Biography

OluwaBukunmi Adeloye joined the Center for Student Success in August 2022 as a student success advisor. Before joining Carthage, he worked as a school counselor in Illinois.

Bukunmi completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago at Illinois with a degree in applied psychology and a minor in anthropology. He continued his education at Eastern Illinois University, graduating with his master’s degree in school counseling.

He started his career as a school counselor at Waukegan High School, where he practiced for six years, and a year at Zion Benton High School as a career counselor. During his tenure, he worked primarily with juniors and senior students, preparing them students for graduation and post-secondary opportunities.

Bukunmi is excited to join the team and looks forward to working with the students and staff.
