What have you enjoyed most about your career?

“I have the opportunity to make a direct impact on a person’s career and life by helping ensure our company creates an environment where people can thrive, achieve, and grow personally and professionally.”

How did Carthage prepare you?

“Being able to attend a small, liberal arts college allowed me to participate and lean into a variety of activities to help shape me into a well-rounded person and professional with a broader view and perspective. I was president of my sorority (Kappa Phi Eta), played volleyball, worked on campus at the Alumni Call Center, provided tours to prospective Carthage students, and was able to take a variety of classes. I found that all of these activities allowed me to develop confidence, my leadership skills, and effective communication strategies that have served me well in my career.”

Why did you choose Carthage?

“I was recruited to play volleyball by Coach Leanne Ulmer, who was my club volleyball coach during high school. Once I went and saw the campus, I fell in love, and the rest is history. Some of my fondest memories and the best friends in my life come from Carthage.”
