    Professor Lisa Franklin ’82 is an enthusiastic leader with a passion for developing individuals, teams, strategies, and products that meet customer needs profitably. As a professor and business consultant, she focuses her extensive experience and talents to connect ideas and spark creativity in others.

    Prof. Franklin conducts lectures and activities to foster analytical, strategic, and critical-thinking skills. All courses include real-world projects to aid in students’ understanding of market dynamics, identifying unique selling propositions, researching and discovering customer insights, and ultimately developing messaging and strategic plans.
