Elementary and Special Education

Ryley Harlow came to Carthage to play football, but when he was injured his freshman year, he dove into the world of elementary and special education. “Student should consider my major because special education is fairly new to the education spectrum and needs more people geared toward it,” he said.

After graduation, Ryley hopes to teach special education in a high school, and coach football and wrestling.

“I chose Carthage to play football originally, but now after being here I’ve grown to love how diverse and free minded the people are here.”
