RLC includes a general membership that works closely with Assistant Hall Directors to improve the lives of students on campus and get people more involved within the Residence Halls. This governing board oversees the activities of each Hall Council. RLC hosts many events including Alcohol Awareness Week, Lil’ Sibs Weekend, and state and regional conferences that enable members to become more involved on campus.

What are some of your org's major events and activities?
RLC has several major events such as War on the Shore, Alcohol Awareness Week, Lil’ Sibs Weekend, Stressed is Dessert Spelled Backwards, and monthly in-hall programs.
Why should people join this organization?
RLC offers a way for their members to make a difference on campus, specifically in the residence halls. This organization offers early leadership opportunities and professional development through conferences. RLC also is a great way to become involved on campus and create friendships within the residence halls.
Who can join?
Anyone who lives on-campus either the traditional residence halls or The Oaks can join.
