Enactus is a global entrepreneurial collegiate organization that aims to achieve the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These goals serve as a blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

Carthage Enactus currently has three projects:
- DiversiReads aims to foster unity and belonging, bridge racial divides, and empower the next generation of leaders. We accomplish this by infusing the existing Kenosha Little Free Library network as well as local elementary classrooms with books that celebrate differences and promote self-worth and confidence.
- Cloth For Change is a CC Enactus project with global reach that creates and distributes reusable feminine hygiene kits for women in the developing world. Our kits provide a healthier option for self-care, provide a sense of dignity and help close the education gap between genders by allowing girls to attend school more days each month.
- And lastly, our newest project, Project Aliment, seeks to reduce food waste and fight food insecurity.
