Medical Mission Trip and J-Term
J-Term is a month-long period of study in January in which all academic departments offer innovative courses on campus, as well as study tours in other countries. For pre-health students, the most popular J-Term study tour is a medical mission trip to Nicaragua. The trip gives students an opportunity to experience the medical profession before heading to medical school. Other J-Term study tours allow science majors the opportunity to study abroad without disrupting their rigorous academic schedules.
SURE: Summer Undergraduate Research Experience
