All incoming students will receive a letter from the Office of Admissions directing them to complete an online housing application. Students who have completed the online housing application will receive notification during the summer from the Office of Residential Life from email@example.com. This information will include your roommate, residence hall, and room number.
All housing information is sent to incoming students Carthage email address. Incoming students who submit their housing application prior to May 31 will receive their housing assignment between June 15-20. Students who submit their housing application after May 31 but prior to June 30 will receive their housing assignment between July 15-20. Students who submit a housing application after June 30 will be given a housing assignment on a rolling basis.
