Registration and Check-in
Resident campers and commuters register on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Tarble Athletic and Recreation Center. (Lunch is not provided during registration.)
Day campers and Junior Kickers participants will receive by mail details for their Monday check-in times and location.
Teams are welcome to attend; call for discounts for 10 or more campers from one team.
Exact location and a map of the Carthage campus will be sent to you prior to registration, along with a medical form and waivers. (Download the medical form and waiver to start the application process now.) These forms must be sent to the Soccer Office before June 10. All campers will receive a Carthage College soccer camp training shirt and lanyard. At the end of the resident camp sessions, campers will receive written player evaluations.
Resident campers check out on Thursday between 11 a.m. and noon. There will be an informal recognition ceremony after check-out in the TARC Field House or along the Lake Michigan shore. Campers will receive awards and evaluations. There are fees for lost keys and damaged property.
Campers will have the opportunity to purchase store credit at the resident camp store, situated in the residence halls. Items available to purchase include sport drinks, sponsors’ products, and soccer gear and apparel. The camp features a moving store as well. Buying store credit reduces the risk of campers losing money. Camp counselors and the store manager keep a running total of credit, which can be replenished during camp. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. 1 point = $1. Details available at registration.

Some campers bring fans. Rooms are equipped with cable TV out-source. Only two campers per room. (Adult camps have single suite-style rooms.) Arrangements can be made for teammates and friends to reside near each other.
ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE A SOCCER BALL AT CAMP. Bring your own or purchase one in advance for $30. A ball may be purchased at registration for $35 (while supplies last).
The Carthage College Soccer Camp is located approximately 45 minutes from Milwaukee General Mitchell Airport. Transportation is available through Airport Town Car Express by calling 1-800-945-5316. Be sure to mention Carthage College Soccer Camp when calling.
There is a $10 discount for all members of a team with 10 or more registered players. Those team groups are encouraged to apply together via U.S. mail if possible. Call for details.
Coaches interested in coming to camp to work and/or observe their teams are welcome.
If campers come together, they will be housed together.
Because the soccer season is always so hectic, Carthage accepts ad hoc check-ins, late arrivals, and has procedures for players checking out for other events (games, other sports, etc.).
Commuters and Day Campers can store items brought with camp store manager or with coach.
Credit cards are only accepted through the online application form, not at check-in. If you have a balance or did not pay in full at time of application, cash or check are the only methods of payment at check-in.
